Hilltop Insight was founded in 2024 by Jessica Subramanian when she identified that most healthcare go-to-market strategies fail because leaders only understand one piece of the ecosystem.

Jessica has worked across the industry and been in your shoes. She's navigated biotech commercialization, scaled $200M+ diagnostic products, pitched to health system C-suites, and built payer strategies for growth. She's led marketing teams at Fortune 500 companies and guided product and commercial strategy at high-growth startups. This cross-ecosystem, deep expertise can be your competitive advantage.

Jessica brings an analytical discipline from her time at JPMorgan and operational commercial leadership experience to healthcare companies that need answers fast.

Jessica earned her MBA in Health Sector Management from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Outside of Hilltop Insight, Jessica serves on the local PTA Board and is passionate about mentoring young professional minority women.

Jessica lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two kids and loves spending her time outdoors, playing tennis and hiking.
